LYRICS

造艘船讓它再著你
從天涯到海底
慢慢的學習
這場夢的目的地
而我唱的這些歌
空中聽到的聲音
當你滿帆中的風
說的秘密

Build a ship and let it carry you to corners of the world
You are here to seek the meaning of this dream
For me it has been the songs that I am here to sing
Like whispers in the wind on your journey

雙眼張開跟閉上的時候
其實根本沒有甚麼不同

讓我當你躺下的地方
把一天的匆忙都忘光
這張床外的一切都不用想
放手吧在夢中飛翔

Let me be the soft place you lay your head
At the end of a long day of heavy burdens
Let the day fade away outside of this bed
Let it go and just dream instead
Let it go and just dream instead

"Whispers in the Wind" is a folk/singer songwriter bilingual song in Mandarin Chinese and English. Inspired by lullabies, it uses the metaphor of a ship, to speak about the ways in which we can bring the things from our dreams and imagination into reality in this physical world.

A huge part of what keeps me going is the belief that the world we dream of is possible.

That wanting a world where LIFE is prioritized, valued, and protected as sacred, is not asking for too much.

Maybe it will happen in our lifetime, maybe not, all we can do is wake up each day, decide what our part is in the bigger picture, of the world, of generations of prayer, and keep building that dream, one piece at a time.
